Shipping Policy
All poster orders are processed and prepared in the order they are received.
Due to high order volume and the care required to print, pack, and ship each poster, orders may take 1–2 weeks to ship.
Once your order has been packed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update after the label is created, as the carrier may not scan the package immediately.
Delivery dates shown by USPS, UPS, or other carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit time begins once the carrier receives and scans the package.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, holidays, incorrect routing, or other carrier-related issues.
If your tracking shows your package is still in transit, please allow the carrier time to complete delivery.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
